Diggers Fine Cider is a family-run business making cider in the traditional way, more akin to a natural wine than modern sweet and concentrate-based ciders.
They have planted 2,800 apple trees and while they wait for their trees to grow to maturity, they use unwanted apples from local orchards and gardens to produce cider.
