Solsgirth Farm is a working farm with Aberdeen Angus cattle, farrowing sows and lambing ewes, a number of emus, rheas, turkeys , ducks and chickens. Additionally they have 30-40 beehives and approximately 600 apple trees of various types.
The orchard was planted 3 years ago, with trees still growing but some apples to collect.
They run farm tours and hold monthly farmers markets for local traders .
