Christian Stolte is a producer of apple cider made by the Champagne method, from apples from Scottish gardens and has a small orchard in Cluny Castle.
Seidear is crafting Champagne Method Cider using heritage apples grown and hand picked from the walled gardens of some of Scotland’s most iconic castles, from Haddo, Cluny, Gordon, Fraser, Forbes, Fyvie, Ellon, Craigievar, Pluscarden Abbey, Pitmedden, and Falkland.
Seidear has won national and international awards, the best in class for dry sparkling cider in Spain, best in class keeved cider at the British Cider Championship, and most recently the Scottish Excellence Award.
